HR Central Administration Specialist

To support our Central HR Administration team in Zürich Oerlikon, we are looking for a
HR Central Administration Specialist
Your tasks are:
- Handling the HR administration for our external employees
- First point of contact for our temporary workers for all questions related to salaries, labor law and social insurances
- Entering and maintaining personnel master data (entries and exits, amendments)
- Issuing employment contracts, contract amendments and letters of termination
- Registration and deregistration of employees' social insurances
- Checking and processing monthly timesheets for payroll
- Processing of daily sickness and accident benefits, maternity insurance and EO payments
- Writing job references and work confirmations
- Invoicing activities, supporting the pay & bill team
- Other administrative HR tasks (work permits, on-boarding, etc.)
You should bring with you:
- Basic commercial degree
- Completed further training in HR administration is a Plus
- Previous experience in payroll and HR administration is an advantage
- Good knowledge of German and English, French is an asset
- Understanding of social security regulations and Swiss labor law
- Used to working with MS Office
- Outgoing personality with attention to detail and a reliable working style
- Customer focused, independent, precise, and structured way of working
