Then the position of Corporate Communication, Events & Partnerships Manager (m/f/d) based in our Zurich or Morges Office, is the perfect next step. In this role, you will shape ManpowerGroup’s communication landscape, strengthen brand presence, and develop events and partnerships that leave a lasting impression.
Your Mission:
- Develop and execute the national event strategy and ensure high-quality delivery with regional teams and agencies
- Lead the corporate communications strategy, crafting clear and engaging brand messaging and thought-leadership content
- Drive proactive media relations, build strong journalist networks, and manage press materials and inquiries
- Oversee internal communications, fostering a transparent and positive communication culture
- Measure the impact of events and communication activities and derive actionable improvements
- Collaborate closely with marketing, social media, and European communication teams, and manage external partners to ensure efficient, high-quality output
Your Profile:
- Relevant education or degree in Communications, Marketing, Events, or similar
- Several years of experience in corporate communications, events, or partnerships
- Strong storytelling, media relations, and content creation skills
- Experienced in managing complex projects and diverse stakeholders
- Creative, structured, and communicative personality with high ownership
- Enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent German, French and English skills; additional languages are a plus
