Key Account Manager (m/f) – 80% to 100%
Your mission
As a Key Account Manager at ManpowerGroup, you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing relationships with the strategic clients in your portfolio. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality services while driving revenue growth. You will focus on increasing market share with existing clients, acquiring new clients aligned with the company’s priorities, and strengthening long-term partnerships through exceptional client relationship management. This role requires strong client engagement skills, deal-closing abilities, and acting as a key communication link between clients and internal teams.
Your responsibilities
Client portfolio development:
- Increase market share within the existing client portfolio by identifying and seizing business opportunities.
- Proactively manage and deepen relationships with key clients to strengthen long-term partnerships.
Client focus and service quality:
- Ensure maximum attention and service quality for existing clients by closely collaborating with internal teams.
- Address client needs pragmatically and deliver effective solutions to maintain high satisfaction and trust.
Client reporting and business reviews:
- Develop and implement structured processes for account management, including regular reporting.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to evaluate account performance, identify opportunities, and set actionable goals.
New client acquisition and onboarding:
- Identify and acquire new clients in alignment with the company’s priorities to expand the client base and support growth objectives.
- Oversee the activation and onboarding of new clients to ensure a smooth transition and setup process.
Internal collaboration and stakeholder management:
- Serve as a key communication link between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity on client needs and project delivery.
- Facilitate strong internal coordination to provide seamless service to clients and meet their evolving needs.
Your skills
- Client interaction: Strong interpersonal skills to confidently interact with clients and close deals effectively.
- Problem-solving: A pragmatic approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt and deliver solutions based on client needs.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration, ensure clarity, and act as a reliable link between clients and internal teams.
- Languages: Fluency in French and/or German; proficiency in English is an asset.
Your experience
Proven experience in a key account management or client-facing role within a B2B environment, ideally in recruitment, HR services, or consulting.
