Team Leader PERM 100% - Experis Zürich (m/f/x)
Your Responsibilities
- Build strategic relationships with clients and candidates, advising on tailored IT workforce solutions
- Drive business development with an entrepreneurial mindset and grow Experis’ presence in the Basel region
- Lead and coach a team of IT recruiting professionals to achieve sales and delivery targets
- Oversee recruiting operations, performance metrics, and financial results
- Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and internal policies
- Support tender processes and contribute to competitive proposals
Your Profile
- Commercial background with leadership experience in recruiting or HR, ideally in IT
- Strong sales and entrepreneurial mindset, customer orientation, and passion for technology-driven workforce solutions
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and digital tools with high social media affinity
